So I have started a “to do” list. I don’t feel like I have gotten very far with it, but at least I have accomplished putting it down. It is definitely a kickoff.
I also put a place for check marks. Our brains love those. It creates a sense of achievement. We feel like we have crossed a finish line.
I haven’t completed many of the tasks on my list. But I am determined to get there. I am resolute to attain the goals I am working toward.
I will continue to develop and finalize a plan. I am a strong-willed person and I will get there.
