When you become a single income family and your full-time job was homemaking, it make for a financial catastrophe. These are the circumstances I found myself in. Although, things don’t just suddenly happen like that, during the hurricane it feels that way.
Storms of life seem to take us all by surprise, despite the fact that many can be avoided. Decisions can be made on a person’s part, that will directly affect the life of another, but oft times it is through fault of our own.
NO WHERE TO GO BUT UP
There is a book called – Start Here, Go Anywhere – Making Good Choices, Recovering From Bad Ones, by a man named Richie Hughes. The title alone is enough said. I have started using that phrase in many moments of encouraging another. “start here, go anywhere”.
Sometimes we just don’t know where to start, but the point is just start. If you try and fail, the realities of bad ideas were learned and you can move on. So get up and try again! And KEEP trying!
I am cheering you on!
